Periodically here on Steam Mop Reviews we like to take a look at what some of the best selling products are.
As a buyer, this list can be a useful guide as to what the popular models are. While everybody's needs are different, looking at what others are buying can be a useful input into your product selection process. After all, most of the other buyers will have done in-depth research into what brands and models are available and how the features of each compare.
So with that in mind, the following is the list of top sellers for October 2011.
Top 5 Best Sellers
Eureka Enviro Hard-Surface Floor Steamer
Priced at under $65 (from online retailers) the Enviro Steamer is a very reasonably priced mop. With a simple no-fuss design and positive customer feedback added to the low price point, it's little surprise that this model is a best seller.
Haan SI-60 Select Multi-Level Steamer
While Haan is a relative newcomer to the market, it has managed to assemble a formidable line-up of steam-cleaning products. The Haan 'Select' SI-60 features removable water tank, swivel head and adjustable steam output levels. With a price tag of around $130 this premium model comes in at number 2 in our top-sellers list.
Haan SI-35 Floor Sanitizer
Another model from Haan also makes the top 5 list - this one the SI-35 'Slim and Light'. This is a lower spec'ed model than the SI-60. It is without the swivel head and adjustable steam levels of its sibling. It is currently priced at around $90 at online retailers.
Haan FS20 Plus Steam Cleaning Floor Sanitizer
Yet another model from Haan, the FS-20 also makes the top 5. This is an older model with slower heat up time and without the removable water tank of the new models. It retails for under $80.
Shark S3601 Professional Steam Pocket Mop
The Shark S3601 is the last model in the list. It has multiple steam settings, double-side cleaning 'pocket' pads (you just flip the mop head to use the other side) and comes with a triangular as well as a rectangular cleaning head. Retails for around $130.
The data used to compile this list was sourced from amazon.com.
